Our services are categorised into four distinct classes:

Class 2A - Disconnect & reconnect

Involves disconnection and reconnection of service lines at the connection point. It is specifically focused on work at the connection point, excluding any access to network operator assets or mechanical changes to network assets.

Class 2B - Work on underground service conductors

Encompasses activities such as removing and replacing security seals in accordance with local electricity distributor procedures, installation and connection of underground service lines following NSW Service & Installation Rules, relocating or upgrading existing underground service lines, disconnection and reconnection of underground service lines and the replacement of service protection devices—including meter protection devices and service active and neutral links.

Class 2C - Work on overhead service conductors

Includes replacing security seals according to local electricity distributor procedures, installing and connecting overhead service lines in compliance with NSW Service & Installation Rules, relocating or upgrading existing overhead service lines, disconnection and reconnection of overhead service lines and replacement of service protection devices.

Class 2D - Energising network operator service equipment

We are Plus ES meter Install accredited, addressing activities related to energising network operator service equipment, specifically service protection devices and fuses. Our services encompass the removal and replacement of local electricity distributor security seals in accordance with distributor procedures. Additionally, we specialise in the disconnection and reconnection of service equipment, including service protection devices and fuses, at the connection point. Our expertise extends to the installation, replacement, and removal of service protection devices and fuses as mandated by distributors, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the NSW Service & Installation Rules.
